Election of the following new Governor and Term:
- Paula LeBlanc - 3 Year Term
Paula J. LeBlanc is an owner and a Managing Director of the Peet Law Group. She is a Vermont native and was raised in Colchester. Prior to joining the firm, Paula was a Financial Specialist with Wachovia Bank, holding her national Series 6 and 63 Securities Licenses as well as her Life Insurance and Annuity License from the State of Pennsylvania. Paula joined the Law Offices of Fred V. Peet, P.C. in 2002, became a Registered Law Clerk, and in May of 2013, she was admitted to the Vermont Bar. Paula and her family live in the City of Essex Junction, Vermont.

- Tim Daniska - 3 Year Term
