Are you up to speed on what changes are happening in the world of credit? We'll be going through what's going on in the credit reporting world.

We'll discuss:

- Upcoming changes in the credit reporting world;

- The FHFA announcement regarding new credit scoring models;

- Additional data to appear on the Equifax report;

- The FNMA acceptance/evaluation of rental history; and 

- What the heck is going on with credit fees.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPHY

Samia DeMarco is the Director of Sales for Birchwood Credit Services. She has been with Birchwood Credit Services since 2012 and has worked in a number of roles within the company. In addition to supporting Birchwood's sales staff and growth objectives, she teaches Realtor CEU Classes in Maine and NH and also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island and Connecticut State Mortgage Bankers Associations. Samia currently lives in Milford, NH with her husband, their two daughters and dogs Buck and Oakley.
